The perfect Tablet?

Hi Internet!

i am looking for the following and was wondering if someone could help:

• Dual boot with windows 10 and android, not that shitty windows 8.1
• must have access to google play store
• must have HDMI output
• must have higher then 0.3 megapixel camera
• preferably black

any advise is welcome guys!!

Teclast X98 Air 3G now has Windows 10, it has Play store and okay cameras. If you wanted full usb ports and a keyboard, the Chuwi Vi10.
