1. When i was updating windows 10, the internet connectivity was fine but after it had finished updating to the newest one (build 1511), the internet stopped working all at once. i checked the diagnostic test and it says that “there are one or more network protocols missing.”
2. also, there were sudden occasions of an automatic restart of the tablet. when i asked a microsoft employee, she told me that i had to ask the manufacturer for the latest update of the tablets software. Also, when i am trying to connect to a vpn(im currently living in china), tablet automatically restarts.
BUT, when i reversed the update to the previous one, the internet as well as vpn started to work fine.
3. there is a slight dimming of the display even though i turned off the adjusted brightness setting.
4. graphic card error – when i try to view the video in full size in some sites, the video crashes ( i think this is due to the reversed changes of the update to the old one)
are there solution to any of these problems? thanks!
