I’m about to be in possession of a V1 EZBook 3 Pro. I know it doesn’t have an M.2 interface, but according to the product listing at GeekBuying.com [http://www.geekbuying.com/item/Jumper-EZbook-3-Pro-Laptop-Gold-379934.html]they mention that one can be “welded” (soldered) to the motherboard.

Does anyone have ideas on where I could procure a M.2 controller that would:
    1. be compatible with the motherboard
    2. fit in allotted the space

I’ll keep looking for myself and update this thread if I find anything.

    Thanks!

There is another thread about the exact same quest, located here: https://techtablets.com/forum/topic/ezbook-3-pro-ssd-slot-quest/

I’m not sure you’d have a laptop left if you tried ‘welding’ it! I’d stick with soldering…
