First post here. Thanks for the files and the guiding to root the x98. I needed it remove the system app called Musicfx which is a EQ. The sound was really terrible with it. But it didnt solve my biggest problem, which is that with 30% or less volume the sound is “jumpy”. Is impossible to have a clean low sound.. This problem occurs with both a headset plugged in and the built in Speakers. With bluetooth headset it isnt a isssue, works great and in Windows 10 its working great so therefore it must be software related.

My question is are there any others experience the same problem in android?

    Thanks for a great forum

Yes, I’ve heard this on my new X98 K9C6. The volume isn’t stable. When lower than say 35%. Rom issue, in Windows it’s fine.

Thanks for the answer Chris. Now I know I’m not alone in this issue. Found another annoying thing in android and is that third party applications are not allowed to read or write. So no torrents can be downloaded directly to the SD card. Comicrack for reading comics can’t even scan the SD card. Only the system apps are allowed to manage the SD card. Things keep stacking up on this tablet and they are not good ones..  =/
