I too have done this Themal Mod. Thank you for the video. Works great. Now from 95 decrees (cpu benchmark) to 65 decrees!
But i noticed in hwinfo that the cpu still got lowerd in mhz to 1600 mhz instead of 2100-2200…
    Why is that?
I turned DPTF off in the bios, selected performance power management in Windows 10, turned down battery saving in intel management for gpu(?) still i get that lower mhz when stress benchmarking the cpu… Is there an option i missed?
    Somebody?

isn’t the normal speed 1.1ghz and turbo on a single core is possible to 2.2 and on more than 1 core I bet the maximum is only around 1600.  This is only guess work so don’t shoot me.

<!–more–>I reckon that chuwi might have under clocked these in the bios because the newer hardware revision models have locked Bios.
