    Not good, sound like it must have some hardware fault if it’s doing it on both OS’s, you’ll need to get a replacement and return it.

    how to identify if its hardware or software issue??

    Try to select windows manually in to the bios.

    If you want go to:

    Android -> “OS image ID -> Android ”

    Windows “OS image ID -> Windows”

    Tried it…nothing changed..still windows crashs in seconds

    Sounds very much like a faulty tablet. Updating the bios wouldnt hurt so I would give that a go before sending it back as getting a replacement is likely to be a pain.

    I did updated the bios today..now less frequent blue screens…but no fixed..I cant send it back it will cost me more than the half of the tablet price!!

    how I can diagnose the problem??

    tried to update the wireless lan but still the same<!–more–>
