Touch pen not working

When I received my cube i7 book, it had someone’s account on it so i reinstalled windows 10. Everything was good until i got my pen for the tablet. The tablet isn’t recognizing the pen. When i run the wacom pen app, and configure the screen, it registers. It doesn’t register anywhere else. Windows settings doesn’t even have pen options under the devices tab. I don’t know if the fresh windows install has something to do with it. When i reinstalled windows, i didn’t write over the system image so it kept the wacom drivers, and i can see them running in task manager. Any ideas?

Have you tried reinstalling the wacom drivers? I’ve had issues getting the wacom to run after a fresh install, installing the new Wacom Feel Driver from their webseite that someone on the forum here had pointed out got it working for me.

I installed that, and the wacom pen app that comes with it is the only thing that registers the input when I calibrate the screen. Outside the calibration, it doesnt work. I believe that windows is supposed to have a pen option under device settings, but I dont have that. It may have a problem with windows? Im not sure.
