Touch screen and windows key stopped working

The touch screen and windows touch key on my HI12 (windows only version) suddenly stopped working yesterday, after it worked fine for 3 months. I tried to reinstall the driver (C122-TP), reinstall the system using Chiwu images, or reinstall the system using Microsoft images (and updated using chuwi drivers afterwards), none of them fixed the issue. The driver looks OK since there are no errors in device manager.

Does anybody experience similar problems? Thanks.

Hello. So far, no issues like that. I hope you find a solution. Did you try resetting the tablet using Windows Recovery?

I would try to factory reset and if it doesn’t work, which is likely, I’d then open it up to see if everything is connected properly. I read on the forum that the battery sometime it’s not sticked properly so it can push cables disconnecting them.
