Touch screen dead area on top of tablet

Hello, my Chuwi Hi 10 Pro had been working just fine until I bought its official keyboard, and stylus, and now the top of the screen has no touch screen response at all about an inch of a bar going across the top.

Also, during boot up, it was very easy to choose between Android and Windows before, but now I have to click a lot of times to choose the OS I need, or wait the timer, and hope the one I need is selected.

 

Any help?
