Touch screen section not responding

Hi guys.

I received my Chuwi Hi10 on monday, finally after more than two months, and everything was ok for the first couple of days. Then, part of the touch screen stoped randomly to detect touches. Let me show you what happens when drawing horizontal lines in paint.

I tried updating the bios firmware and restoring it to factory settings but nothing seems to work.

 

Did anything similar happen to you? Do you also think it’s just a faulty screen and I should send it back? Thanks!

ye it seems a faulty digitizer… just out of curiosity, it’s a black or blue usb 3.0 port? where did you buy it?

Blue, it’s one of the newest batches, with Windows 64 bits, too.

It happens to me too. I would be very thankfully is someone have a solution 🙂
