    I decided to upgrade windows and the result was that both the touchpad and touch screen no longer work. I visited the Teclast website and found that there is the firmware available to restart the system. In total there is 10gig of files, which i duly downloaded and opened. However, I have no idea how to insall this data. any help would be appreciated
