    Model: EZbook 3 pro / win-10 64bit.

    I just got this one 2 days ago, but i found this issue today.

    Touchpad or any mouse(USB or bluetooth) does not work when i hold down any keys.

    it works perfectly when used separately, but once the key is pressed, the mouse just freeze and it is NOT coming back until releasing the key. it comes back after 0.5/sec.

    it is the same no matter what mouse i tried ( USB or bluetooth)

    is it needed touchpad driver up-dating?

    Pls help

    To me this sounds like a feature for disabling the trackpad while I type.

    Why would I want to type and move the mouse at the same time?

    This is not that kinds of feature issue.

    No matter turning off or on the touchpad feature. this issue is still going on.

    even with USB mouse not only touchpad.

     

    and if you use shortcut key when you use MS word with mouse, you can figure out why i need to solve it.

    thanx anyway.

    solved, touchpad blocker is on. turn off it than no problem now.. idiot
