TouchPad not working and not turn off laptot

Hi! I have this laptop and after install windows updates I have different troubles.

In first time, my touch pad not working, nothing, only I can work with a usb mouse.

And when I turn off with the windows menu, the laptop starts again after 3 seconds, without do anything, only I can turn off press the button directly in keyboard.

I try to reinstall different drivers of this forum, but nothing.

Any advice?

Finally I tried restart a old windows version, load factory image from the techtablets, and load a clean windows 10 version with drivers manually, and I dont fix that.

Then I watched the youtube mod and it was easy to open, I tried it and I see that the connector of usb 3.0 and touch pad were disconnected. I connected that and work perfectly.

Thank you, because is the only forum with good information for ezbook 2.
