Hello,
recently I bought an ezbook 3 pro, after some time using it the touchpad stops responding at all.
tried to reboot, stops and start HID service for touchpad but didn’t help
what could be the reason for that ??also check touchpad in settings and it’s on/
December 14, 2017 at 9:51 am #75852Check if ScrollLock (Fn-F12) is off, because then it’s on – touchpad is off.

Is it works? I’ve the same problem. The latest ezbook 3 pro is plenty of bugs and issue.

Yes it’s ok after this modification. Enable fast boot and disabled PS2 support. It’s ok. Beware if you want to go in bios after this modification you’ll install EasyUEFI to go in bios because Esc not ok.
When i plug ac touchpad is disabled. If i restart without ac it’s ok. But in windows event manager in mouse, i see mouse delete and install… it’s bug 🙁
Sorry for my english.

January 6, 2018 at 7:49 pm #76562i also had this prob and i fix it unplugging an re-plugging the battery. i don’t know why but is a fix
February 9, 2018 at 2:21 pm #79186It works! Just unplug the battery, plug it back and it works!
I suppose this is the fastest way you can reset the BIOS.
February 12, 2018 at 6:14 pm #79359Hi. I suddenly had this problem. I used the on board windows recovery with no result. There was no screen pointer and the touchpad seemed dead.
I didn’t want to open the box so found my way to the drivers using keystrokes. With nothing to loose, I simply deleted the touchpad driver and everything returned in perfect working order on reboot!
If you have this problem it may be worth a try. In my case it seems to have been a corrupted driver issue or perhaps because the wrong driver got installed during an update?
June 11, 2020 at 3:14 am #183275Jumper Ezbook X3, No Cursor, no Touchpad, fixed.
June 11, 2020 at 3:26 am #183281Attempted to upgrade Ezbook X3 to Win10 2004: failed. (X3 N3350 not X3 Pro)
Lost mouse cursor and no Touchpad input.
External USB mouse still worked.
Tried above fixes via BIOS: failed.
Disconnected power and battery (opened bottom) for 10 minutes.
Reconnected Battery (and disconnected external USB mouse), restarted and cursor and Touchpad worked again.
Note: to dis and reconnect: remove battery from mount, or it is easy to bend connector pins because battery impedes connector.
