    The only thing that fixed this for me was flashing the stock image of windows, which can be found at the below links. I tried multiple drivers and was not able to get anything that would fix it otherwise.

    You’ll need to enter your model number in (google translate will help navigate). Jdownloader may be needed to download the files as well.

    Thanks for the suggestion Mike but after applying the alternate touchsetting.gt file and reg tweak Windows is actually doable now. The accuracy in terms of coordinates is good, but sometimes it just fails when trying to drag items for example. It works fine when I apply a bit more pressure than I’m used to during swiping motions. Already removed the (stock) screen protector but that does not seem to change the responsiveness, at least not that I’m noticing.

    The boot screen is still misaligned though, so I think the whole issue might be hardware related. Perhaps the digitizer is physically misaligned. Someone here that could confirm whether that is even a possibility?
