while manually installing the driver via device manager, click “Let me pick from a list….” and select “Have Disk” option and then browse for the “SileadTouch.ini” file. (you might have to disable windows driver signature enforcement, I’m not sure..)
I’ve installed the drivers manually using the method
and I also disable signatures in Windows 10.
but still could not function touchscreen
