The same here. All works fine, just the trackpad has no response. Is there anybody with a fix?

    i had a similar issue,

reinstalled windows 10 home myself, than installed all the drivers and updated to creators update last week, once i received the keyboard as i have ordered separately, i connected it and had no mouse pointer, so i thought the trackpad is defective, but its not, i connect an usb mouse and there was no mouse pointer either. After failing to fix it, i formatted and reinstalled the previous version of windows 10 on it and it suddenly worked with mouse and/or touchpad. i even verified in linux that the touchpad is working. its all about the awesome windows 10.

on another thought, was anyone able to disable gestures for the touchpad, its mighty annoying as same gestures apply as for the touchscreen and it constantly minimizes windows if i for instance want to move down with the cursor on the touchpad, but am too near the upper end…

i cant find any setting. is there a driver for the touchpad from cube or the touchpad manufacturer (who is it, i couldnt figure the make even in linux) that one can disable/enable features?

    hello,
So no “Creator update” for now for the cube mix plus ? or anyone managed to install it ?

what about starting from the ISO of Windows creator update rather than an update above a previous windows installation ?

to disable gesture, look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UvMDXwpLMGw&feature=youtu.be

it is based on autohotkey wich is a clean program (and practical too).

    thanks

Mine does nothing also. Worked when it came out of the box. So probably an win10 update issue.

    Anyone have an idea?

I have the creators update and the original keyboard and I am not having any problem with the trackpad. Everything works like before the update, but I am having actually an issue. Sometimes the keyboard is automatically “disconnected” (I hear the windows sound like when you disconnect some peripheric). I have to detach and retach the keyboard and then it works again.

I have Windows 10 Pro doing a clean install of it

If you are connected to power using the charger that came with the device, there may be trackpad issues (using the trackpad is near impossible).  (This is how it behaves on my machine).   Updated to Windows creator fall update (not sure if the problem would have occurred before this either).   Removing it from the power cable makes the trackpad work again..    I had similar issue with a previous mobile phone where the touch screen would go haywire.  Hopefully will not affect the laptop in a bad way

In the meantime I charge the laptop while it is off.

On my Cube Mix Plus, the trackpad works.  Both in Windows and in Linux.  Both have had all the updates applied.

I haven’t figured out how to reliably tap (as opposed to click).  But it works.

When I click, the whole right half of the trackpad functions as a right button and the whole left half has functions as a left button.  Every other trackpad that I’ve used treats clicks on everything but the bottom right as left-clicks.

As a Linux user, I’d love to be able to middle-click (ro tap) but I don’t know how.

My firmware is dated 05/27/2017.  Newer than the version available on this site.  Perhaps that makes a difference.

My trackpad stopped working, I think it was an update.  It worked fine before, the keyboard keys work fine.  I am going to boot linux and test.
