Transferring the game account from Android

I have a game account on Android phones, recently bought an apple mobile phone, but I don’t know how to transfer the account to iPhone  from Android phone , i fear that if i fail, my account within the game records will be format, this is a big loss for me , but the game account number so easy to be better than other mobile phone data transfer ,

Are there any suggestions ?
