Yes, step 4 is for Windows Update.

That is interesting, at that point, my Wifi already works using the generic drivers that the installation of Windows 10 installs I guess… or maybe it just uses generic “universal” drivers that come with Windows 10.

Are you sure you are using an x86 type of Windows 10 with MediaCreationTool? Maybe you need to flash another Bios from the beginning? What type of tablet do you have? Are you keeping android?

There is always trying to install wifi drivers manually… maybe extracting, and installing them from the double driver backup zips, and install them manually? In the download section, I used the drivers under Windows 8.1, but they are the only ones that works well with my copy of Windows 10.

There are other drivers in the download sections though, as well as something called “Ultimate Pack Genesis” (Thanks Frederic Gub) https://mega.nz/#!ackBGaiQ!r6RK3p9Wu5TSYdRYop537r8ADuGzw3XFaIpYeU82YuE

I know they key to all of this is having flashed the right BIOS (there are more than one out there), and the right drivers (more than one too, out there).

I wonder if tinkering with Bios options has anything to do with it too, or if maybe Windows 10 updates some drivers, and you have to roll them back in device manager… I don’t know, too many variables 🙁

    Good luck!
