I’ve the same pb : waiting for a refund since February…

Every day, i tchat with AliExpress Customer agents, every day they promise to escalate and ask me for waiting 2- 3days… Every day, I have to repeat ’cause they don’t have any info …

Every day, i sent mail to warrantty, every day they answer to wait patiently, as you, 2-3 days

A scam, nothing else. We don’t have choice than buying this f***** replacement warranty. They answered no same available although i found in 3 shops, and the 1st seller have the same in warehouse and had never been contacted by AliExpress …

 

So, be careful before ordering a smartphone in AliExpress : prices are good, deliveries fast …. but a poor customer service which only repeat sentences marketing and a disastrous warranty which lies

Hello,  yes after two months and many chats with customer service I’ve finally got full refund + 5$ on aliexpress pocket.  So as a credit to use to buy on the platform.

It takes some time you have to stress customer service,  especially because most of them do not even know how the warranty service works and they use to make stupid questions like “did you contact the seller?”.  So I had to explain them how this is supposed to work at then end.
