Thanks Dani, will update my recovery later..
December 7, 2015 at 9:27 pm #17885TWRP is working fine here on a K9C6, backup and restore, all good. Also flashing a zip was successful (rooted Android with SuperSu_2.46.zip). Thanks to Dani, you did a real great job!
Hi, could you explain us how do you do and where is the link? (so I can put it in our FAQ sticky POST)
Thanks,

http://reviewschinas.wordpress.com/December 8, 2015 at 3:28 am #17913Good morning and THANKS for all your hard work and explanations. I´m following your work and help, together with some extra help from other people. Everything is fine but…there is no way to download the new version..
TWRP-2.8.7.0_teclast_x98pro-b2
Is it still there? each time I try…it says no document available…sorry, it says RESOURCE UNAVAILABLE (once it appears and you click on the “down” arrow to download….)
I´ve checked with the first one you linked at the beginning of this post…and happens the same. Appears the download page, but when you want to download it…resource unavailable…(maybe some google problems…I´ll wait, but just in case for you to know…THANKS)So, @Dani Basabe…if you could comfirm it…
THANKS!
Daniel
December 8, 2015 at 7:05 am #17921Yesterday i got an Error too. But today the Download works.
@G. Llark: What .zip you used?
December 8, 2015 at 10:58 am #17941I don’t why the link doesn’t work but i’ve just tested it and it works without any problems…Maybe some problems with google
All of you who want to flash it on the tablet, follow these instructions:
1- Open a terminal and go to the flash utility directory
2- Copy the contents of the zip file in this direcory
3- Boot into DNX mode ( Holding Power and Volume – buttons at the sime time)
4- Connect the usb cable to PC.
5- In the terminal run:
fastboot boot loader.efi6- Wait for the android bootloader screen and run:
fastboot flash recovery TWRP-2.8.7.0_teclast_x98pro-b2.img7- From the android bootloader screen, you can choose to boot in recovery or to boot in normal android boot or reboot to the bootloader( with the Vol buttons and the power button to select)
Once you flash it, you don’t have to boot in the DNX mode anymore to access to the recovery.
If you are root in android you can reboot in recovery with some extra apps… look for reboot recovery in Google Play.
December 9, 2015 at 1:45 am #17985Ok…I´ll try again!
Thanks for telling me…probably the reason is me…I´m livin in China….but even with the VPN it didn´t work, with more than 10 attempts! hahaha
But I´ll be patient and try again
I´ll tell you! Thanks for your collaboration you all!
Daniel
P.S.: Just for you to know…I´ve tried with every single file you can see in the image attached…and nothing. Most of the times, even I don´t get the option to install anything for Android…it doesn´t appear on the process as most of the step by step show. Something must be wrong with me and my computer. It does nothing when I plug in the tablet…an…all these options (image) have been tested, any idea? THANKS IN ADVANCE

You must be logged in to view attached files.December 9, 2015 at 9:12 am #18001Morning,
I can’t tell you what you have been doing wrong with flashing, but I can give you a link to a mirror, as I am hosting the image on my own storage as well for my personal knowledge base, so try this link here (hope this is ok Dani?)
You need to have the IntelAndroidDrv archive installed on your pc correctly first, if that is installed, when you tablet is connect in DNX mode, you should be able to follow the commands Dani listed, everything works..
December 10, 2015 at 4:02 am #18065Hi you all!
Finally I could download the file…it seems to be a problem with the Chinese Great Wall, but now it´s done
The thing is.. that..There is no way to complete (even start) the process!!!
Each time I try…always the same problem. I cannot even try because the tablet is not recogniced by the system in anyway…
I´ve tried many different packages of drivers and adb´s…and nothing
Could somone give me an idea?
Each time I try to install Intel Android USB Driver, I receive this
x64 os
Windows version: 7
Installing drivers, please wait
drvinstall.exe intc_usbcomp.inf returned 0
drvinstall.exe intc_cdcserial.inf returned 0
drvinstall.exe intc_rndis.inf returned 0
drvinstall.exe intc_mtp.inf returned 0
drvinstall.exe intc_adb.inf returned 0
drvinstall.exe intc_dvctrace.inf returned 0but it says INSTALLATION SUCCESSFUL!
the thing is that my tablet is not recogniced by my computer when it is turned on under windows (each of the devices) or when it is in DNX Fastboot mode unde ADB….
so…what can I do? Any idea?
THANKS A LOT
Daniel
UPDATE:
I´ve tested my Teclast X98Pro K9C6 with W10 (fully updated) USB connection with 3 different Usb to MicroUSB calbles into 3 different computers running W7, W8.1 and W10, and NONE of them recognice the tablet as a device. Nothing appears. There is no way to get my tablet recogniced….so I cannot even try to start any process about TWRP or any other…
ANY IDEA?THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP
December 10, 2015 at 9:20 am #18093For starters, windows on your tablet has nothing to do with flashing TWRP or android…
Are you installing the drivers as Administrator? It’s not the adb drivers you need, you need working fastboot as well, if you keep isntalling lots of driver packages and stuff, you have probably got your pc confused as to what drivers to use anyway.
Download this package – here
Then install (in this order)
iSocUSB-Driver-Setup-1.2.0.exe
IntelAndroidDrvSetup1.5.0.exe
PhoneFlashTool_5.3.2.0_Win32.exe
This WILL install all the required drivers needed for ADB and FASTBOOT for the device, and your tablet WILL be picked up, if it isn’t your doing something wrong, or your USB on your tablet is broken…once these are installed, you should be able to the use recovery.
December 10, 2015 at 9:46 am #18099I think the problem could be if you are shuting down the tablet from windows. It seems that boots in different status than if it boots from android. My computer couldn’t detect the tablet after shuting down from windows but it did from android. You can try it…
December 11, 2015 at 3:35 am #18162….WWWWOOOOAAAAAA….
Trying to reboot that way, I´ve got trapped in an infinite loop of restarting and bios impossible to exit to a normal booting…
I know is not your fault, but…Any idea about how to come back to my stable windows option?
Thanks!
Daniel
December 11, 2015 at 9:50 am #18172reboot what way?

December 11, 2015 at 10:45 am #18173Hi,
you can use this one for rooting the tablets Android via TWRP. Just klick at “Install”, chose the enclosed zip and after a reboot you´re rooted with SuperSu.
Cheers!

The thing is that I said REboot because of a mistake in my personal translation about what I´m doing, what I wante to say is just boot that way (the way I read in previous posts from Dani, you and others)
The only thing that I know by sure is that I´ve followed exactly and step by step the things that you all are trying to explain me, and nothing else, because I don´t dare to do something that I don´t know
The drivers that I´ve installed are exactly the 3 ones you said and in that order….and my tablet don´t get recognized. Nor in my computer nor in other 3 windows computer with different windows versions and different cables…so…it is not my computer, and it is not the microÚSB connection from the tablet, because it works perfectly for any other situation (Storage, power and even ethernet)
And the last thing I tried was boot the tablet from shooting down from Android as Dani said…and then I got trapped again into that boot to BIOS loop…that now I´ve fixed and again(I have no problem with my eMMC memory so I don´t have to do that link that I know from weeks ago…I guess!) has my tablet working on W10, stucked at Intel Logo for Android and not recognized by any computer in any way even following the steps I read
I´ll try one more time today…install the drivers you say, in that order one moroe time, and then do the recovery to have again Android working….but this is the 3rd time….and I follow the steps one by one. I´ll tell you all when I got the results today!
Thanks a lot and I´ll keep on trying and telling
Really appreciate
Daniel
