Yes Karl. That´s totally true. I have no idea, and I´ve been learning everything I know from this and other forums during the last 4 weeks
The thing is that I said REboot because of a mistake in my personal translation about what I´m doing, what I wante to say is just boot that way (the way I read in previous posts from Dani, you and others)
The only thing that I know by sure is that I´ve followed exactly and step by step the things that you all are trying to explain me, and nothing else, because I don´t dare to do something that I don´t know
The drivers that I´ve installed are exactly the 3 ones you said and in that order….and my tablet don´t get recognized. Nor in my computer nor in other 3 windows computer with different windows versions and different cables…so…it is not my computer, and it is not the microÚSB connection from the tablet, because it works perfectly for any other situation (Storage, power and even ethernet)
And the last thing I tried was boot the tablet from shooting down from Android as Dani said…and then I got trapped again into that boot to BIOS loop…that now I´ve fixed and again(I have no problem with my eMMC memory so I don´t have to do that link that I know from weeks ago…I guess!) has my tablet working on W10, stucked at Intel Logo for Android and not recognized by any computer in any way even following the steps I read
I´ll try one more time today…install the drivers you say, in that order one moroe time, and then do the recovery to have again Android working….but this is the 3rd time….and I follow the steps one by one. I´ll tell you all when I got the results today!
Thanks a lot and I´ll keep on trying and telling
Really appreciate
Daniel
December 13, 2015 at 8:50 am #18387Hi, I’ve been absent for a few weeks, came back and saw this great development, TWRP for the Teclast tablet Pro. Could someone tell me if this will work also on my X98 Air 3G(C5J6)

January 8, 2016 at 9:26 am #21544Hi There,
Will this work on Teclast x16 Pro?
January 8, 2016 at 9:32 am #21545Hi There, Will this work on Teclast x16 Pro?
probably not, but try it if and find out..
don’t flash the recovery to your tablet, just boot into it using the instructions on the 4th post..
then if it doesn’t work, you haven’t damaged your tablet as when you turn it off and on it will boot it normal built in partitions.
January 14, 2016 at 7:03 pm #22347Hello from Ukraine)))
I`ll add a screenshot for the guide.

but I don’t have touch response but it workes with a wireless mouse.
I did a backup ( android only i presume)
Do you know how to get touch working??
What roms can be installed on Teclast tablet? No luck with Mirek’s rom and twrp
January 23, 2016 at 8:25 am #23418Hi
Thanks for the custom recovery, but i have a question. Is that normal that after trying a reboot into recovery, i get a droid with open belly and warning logo?
I need to turnoff – boot into dnx – fastboot flash twrp, each time i have to activate recovery.
I thought that v2.8.7.0 was hard installed.

Only if you hard install it using
fastboot flash recovery TWRP-2.8.7.0_teclast_x98pro-b2.img
then you can boot into it with any “reboot to recovery” mod..
January 23, 2016 at 7:51 pm #23475then you can boot into it with any “reboot to recovery” mod..
that’s exactly the part that doesn’t work..

You haven’t flashed the TWRP to the recovery partition then as you are rebooting to the stock android recovery..
You need to use
fastboot boot Loader.efi
once that loader has booted use
fastboot flash recovery TWRP-2.8.7.0_teclast_x98pro-b2.img
Then you should be able to reboot and get to the recovery using your app..
January 25, 2016 at 11:56 pm #23765Yeah thank you for writing the same thing for the third time, so i write mine again too : reboot into recovery doesn’t work. I’m stuck with a wallpaper droid open belly with red warning sign.
It’s not my first device that i use to flash things on, i do that since galaxy s, and i do know how to read a tutorial.
App recovery reboot doesn’t work
adb recovery reboot doesn’t work
Loader recovery boot doesn’t work
Recovery is not working it’s like it has nothing to boot not even stock recovery. So now i don’t have any recovery on my tab.
And like i said in my first post
I need to turnoff – boot into loader – fastboot flash twrp, each time i have to use recovery.

Well, it is an issue with your device then, as as you can see in the thread, it works for everyone else..

It looks like.. this is strange You guys use stock rom or mirek’s?
January 30, 2016 at 8:57 am #24391Neo use rashr to flash I didn’t even use PC to flash this recovery just go to play store search rashr download it . after opening the app It will said you to reboot into recovery to check the partition after going to recovery mode force shut down the tab by pressing power button then again boot into android and open rashr and flash the recovery mode using it. BTW you need to b rooted and change the TWRP-2.8.7.0_teclast_x98pro-b2.img to recovery.IMG. I tested it works for sure try it
