    Hi

Recieved my EZBook today, created a windows recovery USB and went about formatting my eMMC ready to install windows on my SSD.

However I’m now unable to boot from the USB, when I turn the laptop on it enters the EFI Shell and from there I can get to the BIOS but there is no option to boot from the USB drive.

    grateful for any help offered!

Hi, press F7  a couple of times when powering on the laptop from cold and when the Jumper screen is on – this should bring up the boot device menu and your USB should be in that menu if its setup right.

    Cheers

Thanks, turns out I somehow (still not quite sure how) managed to format my recovery USB while formatting the eMMC. So was absolutely fine once I sorted that! Which is lucky as I was convinced I’d bricked it!

    Cheers
