Hold volume up on boot should give you a dual os selector menu. Use vol up and down to select OS and power on to enter. Let me know if that works!

Yeah .. mine does the same thing.. on the windows 10 desktop there is a little android icon which you can tap on and it will reboot you into Android. For some reason the Chuwi boot menu doesn’t seem to work on boot up – you need to be in one of the OSs to boot into the other.
