    Yeah .. mine does the same thing.. on the windows 10 desktop there is a little android icon which you can tap on and it will reboot you into Android.

    For some reason the Chuwi boot menu doesn’t seem to work on boot up – you need to be in one of the OSs to boot into the other.

    Hold volume up on boot should give you a dual os selector menu. Use vol up and down to select OS and power on to enter. Let me know if that works!
