Did the thermal mod using 2 copper shims (one in contact with the pakage and on on top of the shielding) and I noticed a good 10-15 degrees reduction in temperature.
However before I start fiddling with Intel XTU I want to make sure I monitor the temperature while gaming to see if the temps will hold steady under 90. But I cant seem to get rivatuner installed properly to display the temps, GPU frequency. Tried installing it standalone and together with MSI afterburner but nothing works.
Chris: do you have a link to the overlay you are using you could share and did you do any kind of black magic (settings) to get it to work?
