This is a register for the regeditor. It will unlock the other DEFAULT windows powerplans: High Performance, Balanced, Power Saver. I was amazed by finding only one person mentioning this register on this forum.
This is a default windows setting HOWEVER it did not came along with your device if you need it, that means you need to use it at your own risk (heating throttling).
This will unlock things like PCI express and or Processor State % and other power options.
Open the file agree to merge. After that you must reboot your device, when rebooted you will have added power plans in Power Options at the Control Panel of Windows.
