It seems to be interference between wifi and bluetooth , if i turn of bluetooth everything seems to be find , if i turn on bluetooth and only the keyboard I only lost some ping , when i start the mouse , i lost a lot of pings !
I’ve read about similar problems in laptops (good ones too)…it’s usual and not limited to “cheap” devices, but there may be factors that make it worse, like the particular chip, or environment (too many wifi routers from the neighborhood transmitting at similar frequencies and channels) or even power management settings (for both the router and the device).
You may have to experiment a little to find a working compromise.
Yes , but in this device you have a budget realtek chip that there seems to be a lot problem with interference, I found a lot of problem on the net with that wifi/bt card !
It is a known issue with these “cheap” devices. Many android TV boxes are the same. You can run one device and wifi, perfect…..3 BT devices and wifi……nothing really works like you would expect.
Honestly though, I had a lenovo laptop with a cheap Realtec combo chip and never had any issue, I upgraded to an Intel solution and problems never stopped since, with the smallest interference causing disconnection.
