Upgrade RemixOs 2.0 to 3.0

So, bought a chuwi VI10 plus, really happy about it, great tablet for the money.

Does anyone know if Jide will roll out updates when they upgrade their OS, like microsoft, or if its up to each tablet company to fix it? Or since its free to getm do they trust that their users will reinstall to a later version?

I havent looked, is there an easy way tp upgrade the system without reinstalling? I know they send out some fixes etc, but havent seen any info if they will push for a 3,0 upgrade.

Remix OS 3.0 is already out, it’s just a matter of Chuwi pushing out the update. It’s now up to them.

Ah, so remix works as Android when it comes down to the manufacturer beeing responsible for pushing out the update.
