Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro?

Hi folks,

I’ve ordered my X98 Pro at Geekbuying and it should arrive in a few days 🙂

What I’ld like to know is if there is a way to upgrade it from Home to Win 10 Pro (I’ld buy a license)? Is it still possible to boot Android after such an upgrade?

I think if you just update the Key in home version of windows it will add the extra features to Home to make in Pro.
You can check on the Microsoft website to be sure.

You’re absolutely right!

You’ll have to go to “Preferences -> Update -> Activation -> “Go to store” -> “I have a Windows 10 Pro product key” and enter your key there. Upgrade runs about 20 minutes then.

Any reason you want pro on this tablet? Just interested as I have an msdn subscription so could do the same. Not sure what I would gain

Pro because I want to join our AD domain and would use Hyper-V and Bitlocker.
