Hello, greetings everyone, I am new hear!
Since I got my chuwi hi12, appart from another common issues, I’ve been expiriencing one that anyone has reported yet.
When connecting any pen or hard drive to usb 2.0 port it happens that I don’t get any notification nor message down-right task bar. As if it was not connected. But when you go to computer you can see it and open it, and fully functional. When you want to disconnect safe you can do it but only using right click and extract.
This doesn’t happen with 3.0 port, when connecting a down-right window appears notificating the precense of a new drive, and you can disconnect safe easily through task bar.
As to bluetooth, I tried to connect a bluetooth headset. In windows sound is horrible, in android works perfect. When using a bluetooth genius mouse it pairs quite well, and seems to work quite well, but I experience sometimes a kind of a lag as if the pointer stops for a while and then moves again, wheel the same or any movement. It is as if it got satcked for a while every 10 secs more or less. Impossible to test mouse in android because when pairing it asks me for a PIN, so no way, but this seems to be a matter of android and some bluetooth mice. So all this indicates that bluetooth RTL8723BS chipset is not working properly in windows 10. At least wifi is getting stable.
Does anyone experience the same? Any explanation? Any solution? I have not find any.

I bought a new bluetooth mouse for 11 bugs and works like a charm, it seems the older one was “too old”, works well with other pcs though, so it must be something with drivers of both card chipset and mouse . As to sound no bluetooth headset, not tried again, better wired.
Wifi still estable, though not much speed, up to 32 at it best. I got a 5G usb adapter, let’s see how it works. Once tested I will report.
USB 2.0 port still the same, no clue or explanation why it works like that yet.
Cheers!
