    Hi
    I got HI12 yesterday (single os WIN10)
    I started to check the availability ports

    The USB 3.0 port (blue one) is not recognize devices.
    When I connect the device first its sound like I connect, also there is a power and probably folder with contents will show up
    For 2 sec and disappear immediately
    the next 15 sec the tablet will sound couple of time (connect + disconnect) sounds
    Until I will got error massage “windows didn’t recognize the USB device – device didn’t work properly ”

    tried 2 devices: storage flash USB drive supersonic 256gb and 500gb WD hard drive .
    When I connect the devices to USB 2.0 port everything is fine.

    I will appreciate any help to solve it

    Did you do all Microsoft updates and drivers updates? It sound to me like a bad driver. You can also try to uninstall and re-install it in device manager!

    Another option is to reset your tablet.
