    I have a portable hard drive with a micro in but I can’t find a micro to micro cable.  So I use a hub off C and plug in to that.  Wish I could use C to charge at the same time though.

    Are you supposed to use an OTG cable with this jack?

    You can use a USB C HUB with “Power delivery” and a USB C charger  to do so… see other thread about usb c charging.

    Also I’m glad not to have to plug anything else but usb c when coming back from a tablet usage.
