    The USB-C connector of my Hi13 seems to be good only for charging the tablet. At least with the Adapter to USB 3.0 that I have, nothing was detected by the device. But with the Micro USB even an external 2,5 inch hard drive started without problems.

    Is this normal or a defect unit?

    mini USB works good, no problem of booting an 2.5 inch harddisk.

    mine works with keyboard, usb stick and hdd using otg cabel

    my external ssd drive 250gb in the type-c with adapter in usb3 work perfect, i think your drive have problem, i connect in type-c mouse,keyboard,stick all work good
