I am running the Creators Update 1703 on my Z8350, it seems to function normally except for a couple of problems.

I can’t “hot swap” any of my USB ports; I can boot the tablet with the USB stick or the mouse attached and it will work but it stops working when i disconnect it once and try to connect again. The Device Manager shows the “USB hubs” as not connected when I try to “hotswap” my USB devices. This only happens in Windows, Android works fine.

Furthermore, the tablet shuts off once it goes into sleep mode and I have to try and turn it on again by randomly pressing the power button, which seems to only work after a minute of trying all sorts of different power button sequences.

Sometimes it bluescreens on shutdown and displays a “DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE” message.

I don’t know how these problems are interconnected but I would really appreciate some help since I probably can’t return my product.
