I have it working on mine and I think it was working out of the box, but I also remember seeing and enabling a USB-C support option in the BIOS.

If you need to go to BIOS, use the Advanced startup function (start menu > parameters > update & security > recovery ; then when in the advanced startup menu, go troubleshoot > advanced options > UEFI firmware settings and hit restart). Once in the BIOS, look for an USB-C support option and set Enabled, I hope it will work for you.

A mobile charger will not cut it. Not enough output, I use an iVolver Type-C charger the issue is the mobile chargers when they are running 12V only output like 1.6A which just isn’t enough. It has to be 12v 2A++

That charger is not a USB Power Delivery charger (such as the iVolver), it uses a technology called Dash Charge which is not compatible. I hope it didn’t cause any issue!
