Luckily I did a system image using Macrium Reflect Free. Then after trying to download vlc on windows store things started going very wrong. I couldnt click on anything and eventually after trying windows refresh i couldnt boot to windows. I used Gandalf’s Windows 10PE x64 it had Macrium and was able to restore the image I made. You will need a usb mouse after you boot into Gandalfs. To make the usb download Rufus and set the partiton scheme to GPT and the file system to Fat32. Then select the gandalf ISO. You will also need to set the bios to boot to the usb using a usb keyboard. I tried to make many rescue usbs that didnt work like Hirens because they dont support UEFI. Gandalfs does and you can also make a Macrium Reflect rescue cd. Back the Macrium image up to a flash and also a pc just to be safe. Also you can make a rescue boot usb with Lazesoft Recovery Suite Free.
When doin the Macrium Image I wasnt sure what to copy because there was a recovery partition so I did it all. I had trouble restoring I did it twice and what finally worked was a thing on macrium to click on for problems starting windows. I clicked that and i couldnt believe it fixed everything and booted right up. You can also do an image on Gandalfs using XML which i did and do a system image on Windows 10.
