VI 10 ultimate stock apps

On the second day of owning my vi10 ultimate, the file explorer started flickering, but the flickering appears to be caused by the app opening and closing windows over and over at a high rate of speed. It stops working at this point, and has to be shut down.  On my fourth day of owning it, and this happens everytime I try to use it.  It does this with the Edge, except it will close itself down when it starts.  Any Ideas or fixes?  Thanks
