hi, im wondering how much better is the vi10 ultimate in the graphics departement, im thinking in buying a vi10 ultimate, but the old vi10 is on sale on gearbest for 110$ (the vi10 ultimate would be 120$ lel)
i know that the z8300 has like 3x more executional units on the graphics, but i saw the video on techtablets, and it was running cs go like sh*t (can someone with a vi10 ultimate retest this, and say to me if it actually runs like that? cuz thats strange lol)
also i saw the video of the 2 teclasts and both had the same performance, so idk lol
April 5, 2016 at 9:54 pm #32194also, are the 2gb of ram fine?
i want the tablet to use as a notebook on vacations (is there any tablet that is just a little bit more expensive like the hi10 that has 4gb of ram? the hi10 would be good in price and whatever, but i dont want to risk with it cuz there are lots of people reporting problems)April 7, 2016 at 9:10 am #32383Hi Ruben,
I bought the original Bay Trail dual boot Vi10 a year ago, and I just got the Vi10 Ultimate 64Gb on sale. I used the original Vi10 for entertainment, web browsing and recently started bringing it at work for some light development (Java programming with IntelliJ editor) and connecting to remote servers, since I got fed up with carrying a huge 15″ laptop with a ridiculous autonomy!
I bought the Ultimate to use at work, hoping that the Cherry Trail and bigger ROM would make it a light mobile work PC. I’ve tested it for the past 2-3 days, and definitely the chipset upgrade makes the tab a lot zippier. 2Gb of RAM is OK if you don’t plan to multitask a lot. My only gripe with the Ultimate is that there is a driver issue that makes reading microSD bigger than 32Gb impossible. Currently trying to get my hands on updated drivers.
