Video Not Playing

A5C8 model running latest win 10, Android 5.1, merik 3.01 rom, chrome browser.  When I pull up a site with an imbedded video clip,  the initial screen shows but after  couple of seconds the screen goes black and there is no way to play/show the video.  Tried various video players and browsers but all give the same results. <span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>Works fine in Windows. </span>

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
