If you only want to surf in the internet and look videos I would say you should use ANDROID instead, it’s super fast….
The Chuwi Hi12 is my first Dual boot device. To be honest, I can’t feel any difference in performance in real life use.
Still only user experience, but consciously watching back to back a 1080P Youtube video on Windows Edge and on the Android official Youtube app gives the same smooth playback experience.
To be honest, both are still almost clean installs (fresh tablet ;-), so I don’t know if and how much performance degradation there’ll be after a few months.
Criticizing MS Windows 10 of using Spyware and then with dry eyes advising to use Google’s Android comes off as either a bit ignorant or a little bit hypocritical….

Apologies if I’m getting a bit off-topic, but I agree that you must be consious of which part of your personal information is gathered by these companies (MS as well as Google and certainly all “free” apps providers) and only provide the info that you agree with and which is for your own benefit, depending on your personal use.
