    hello, I have recently bought a Chuwi Hi8 and I am very happy with it thus far. However I have problem with my volume. When I press volum down it just mutes the tablet for a split second and then returns to the same volume. If I hold the key the volume goes down. I don’t think it it a hardware issue as using my bluetooth keyboard to change the volume does exactly the same thing. The volume up key works just fine. Does anyone else have this or have any idea what it could be?

    Turn on the alert volume in the settings.
