Voyo V3 Pro upgradable?

Hi all,

I want to buy the Voyo V3 Pro.

It has an Intel N3450 processor, 8GB ram and 128GB rom.
They say it is possible to upgrade both ram and rom.

Do any of you guys can confirm this?

I’m also thinking about getting at least a m3 processor.
But I think this processor is good enough to do some Word, Powerpoint and web browsing, right?
