Voyo Vbook v3 Battery Report issue – Is this normal?

Hello everyone!

I bought a Voyo Vbook V3 last week. I’ using it for ust a couple of day and I notice that battery stat about remaining time is always on “calculating”, basically showing the percentage left but not the remaining time.

So I run Powercfg through command line and this is the result

I hope the battery cycle count is bugged. I know it is impossible to have 8 hour of battery life as the producer say however it last longer than 5 hour that I think would be impossible if the cycle count is the actual count.

It also don’t show any battery capacity stat…

Yes its faulty on all of them, my one has this issue. It will not charge past 65% now. First it was 80%.
