Voyo Vbook V3 No USB Boot Option in BIOS?

Hi, Im trying to reinstall Windows 10 on a laptop for a friend, a Voyo Vbook V3.

Ive tested the image and the USB stick on my laptops and it works fine, however whenever I try it on this laptop I just get the above message.
Ive disabled the Secure Boot option but Windows Boot Manager remains the only option in boot options, I cant get USB to appear.
Running Advanced Startup and telling Windows to boot from USB again just gives me the message “System Doesn’t Have any USB boot Option”.

Dont have a clue what to do now, any help appreciated.
