    As i can see in this forum , everybody have the wake up delay on Android.

    I just realized that if the tablet is connected to a power source, there is no delay.

    The delay is only when operated on Battery.

    Is it something related to power management and CPU low frequency?

    We’ve talked about this issue. Just disable the autoupdate app system on Google play and it will fix it.

    It’s seems to be a problem with this service.

    I have not delay at all, because i always untick this option.

    No, that didn’t work

    Still on Power only , no delay in waking up

    Try without the sd card and let me know if you still have delay.

    Ok!

    Tell us what sd card are you using, which file system (ntfs, fat32 or exfat), and what BIOS you are using right now.

    Seriously, this is a nightmare…
