I have a v200 Chuwi hi10 (win10 64bit) and ever since after I’ve done the windows 10 anniversary update it doesn’t want to wake up from sleep or hibernation mode. The screen just stays black so, I need to hold the power button for 10seconds or so and wait for it to restart itself.

To recreate the problem I guess you would:

    -login to windows

-press the power button so the screen turns off

    -step away for 20 minutes

-come back and press the power button (black screen)

Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a solution?

    Thanks.

Related to the topic. I’ve googled and found that after the anniversary update sometimes a bios update can fix “sleep mode” problems. So, another question.

I haven’t updated my bios since the initial 32bit to 64bit upgrades. It is rather hard to see the bios version within the files posted here on on the forum.chuwi.com website. Does anyone know if my bios is the current version? (see screenshot for version details)

The last seven digits of my tablet’s serial number are “11026xx”. It’s a v200, I believe.

    thanks
