Not good, so it’s completely dead now? I’ll make sure I don’t try this and on other tablets with this power issue. Like the EZPad 5S.
@lalla521 Maybe you could add this info to your big iwork10 thread? By the way Laura, good choice on the iwork10 Ultimate. I’ve just reviewed the Tbook 10 as well as the Hibook and the iwork10 is the best of the three.Chris | Admin

Next up for review:
Ordered and waiting for my: BMAX S15 & Teclast F6 Plus
Currently testing: LG G8X & Redmi K30June 16, 2016 at 6:55 pm #41224that’s weird. gonna add a warning to the topic tho.
btw ye, i guess i got lucky to choose this one over the other 2. i honestly expected the hibook to be the same as iwork10 but clearly even if the ODM and base design is the same, the quality of the final product can differ quite a lot
June 17, 2016 at 3:04 am #41270Dead as a door nail. Even the two USB ports stopped responding. The magnets still work ☺. When the pogo pins make contact windows detects a USB device, but it says it malfunctioned.

Thanks for the recommendation Chris. I’ll be getting the Cube iWork 10 Ultimate with USB Type C to replace my Hi10.

. When the pogo pins make contact windows detects a USB device, but it says it malfunctioned. Have you tried uninstalling the keyboard drivers and then reconnecting the keyboard back?
June 18, 2016 at 12:53 am #41356I did try reinstalling the Windows keyboard driver, but that didn’t help. The keyboard doesn’t respond during the BIOS post either nor does it work in Android. So far I’ve requested a replacement with bandggood.com twice and I haven’t received a single response from them. I’m not very encouraged.
June 18, 2016 at 6:31 pm #41418I plugged the keyboard in again today and it started working intermittently, but the keys repeat sometimes and the touch pad goes in and out. Do it’s flaky now, not completely dead in both android and Windows. My problem is banggood wants me to take it locally to get repaired and I have no idea who in LA would be able to fix this.
January 5, 2017 at 9:48 am #59871Hi,
do you get a new Keyboard? I have the same Problem and i don`t know, where the problem is. Is the tablet broken or only the keyboard. If you got a new keyboard, tell me please, when it works. Thank you.
