What is This Icon in the System Tray ?

What on earth is this Kenji icon ? You click on it and a sketchy VB form pops up out of nowhere and you have to close it. It comes up on reboot also. It seems like this was a returned unit that I may return myself… because when I turned it on for first time … there was a “P” user. Upon inspection of C:\Users\ there were other profiles that existed.

Anybody wipe one of these before ?

Yes that’s the MeiMengMeng chinese program, you’ll have to disable the msdevice service, stop the program in Task Manager  and then delete the hidden Msconfig folder in drive C to get rid of it.
