WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 15.6 Windows 10 Home

Hi everyone,

I bought my Xiaomi Notebook Pro 15.6 on October 2019. I never had problem with it before until some days ago. I was on Youtube and I got a suddent BSOD with an error “WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR” and I really don’t know why. On the BSOD the crashdump stay at 0% unfortunately so I cannot know more about it.

It happend every few hours approximately. I didn’t do big recent updates so I don’t know the cause of it, did this happened to someone before ?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.00 GH
1050Max-Q
SSD 256Gb         16Gb RAM

The way I fixed this issue was to go to an IT shop and have the guy open the laptop, take out ssd and undust connector, then plug it back to the other SSD slot that was empty. And this issue never came again
