Where to order X3 Pro for UK?

GearBest seem to having major Teclast / supplier issues, I was going to order an X3 from them last week, but since then the dispatch time has steadily climbed from 1 day to now: ‘Ships between Jun 1 – Jun 10’.

Has anyone ordered an X3 from any other site in the last few weeks ? I’m trying to work out if GearBest is the problem or Teclast.

Why would GearBest not have stock, but Geekbuying say they do and will ship in 2-7 days. ?

Who can be trusted? it seems all Chinese sites readily lie about stock and dispatch once they have your money, which ones are the best of the worst ?

I’ve never had any issues with Gearbest delivery, I’d prefer to use them as anything I order gets here (UK) in 8/9 days, and I have never had any customs / vat charges.

Chinese always seem to lie about stock levels in my experience just so they can grab a sale. Banggood seems to be the best at reporting true stock levels and Aliexpress are the worst. I ordered my X3 pro from Gearbest and it recently shipped, with luck I should have it tomorrow. But it was delayed a good 5-6 weeks by Teclast this I do know.

Yeah thanks Chris, I hate online shopping at the best of times, add China to the equation and it’s a confusing mess.

I’m going to hang fire on the X3 Pro and see what happens over the next 3 or 4 weeks.

I just ordered my Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro direct from XiaomiDevice.com, DHL, 3-5 days, no despatch as yet, but I only ordered it a few hours ago.

Afaik, Gearbest don’t use DHL, but in my experience their post is pretty quick.

Re: Teclast, I went to both Teclast sites to try and order direct and neither have the X3 or X2 listed obviously they don’t distribute directly, but strange the X3 and 2 aren’t in their product listings.

Slightly nervous now re: my Redmi Note 3 Pro,  I just ran a whois on the domain XiaomiDevice.com, details are hidden using PrivacyGuardian, the email account is Gmail, and in my Paypal receipt the only seller info is 刘 平, which translates to Liu Ping, if things go pear shaped I might be up the proverbial shit creek :/

Still not shipped.

Not related to tablets, but thought I’d update here about XiaomiDevice.com , phone was shipped 4pm Sat. arrived UK 12pm Monday, seller uses the huge bubble bags & foam, you could play football with it. 🙂
Phone is perfect.

Site seems legit and the seller cares about what he’s posting.
